The listing stated the ratchet was new, unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
It was definitly used, box was open, grime, dust, dirt on it.
The seller gave me a $10 refund, but it still is not good that they knowingly shipped a used tool as “new”. I would not of bought it knowing that.
