PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING:
Please read the entire auction listing, including shipping costs, before writing to ask a question.
OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. In order to meet that goal, we will ALWAYS work with our customers on any concerns that may arise. In theunlikely instance that you feel the need to open a resolution dispute before working with us, you will immediately be blocked from any further chance to acquire the rare music we present each and every week.
Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.
Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has became very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.
We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.
We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Please give us 5 stars in each category through the feedback system, and we will be able to effectively continue to fulfill your passion for rare and collectible music! We have served thousands of satisfied customers - far more than our feedback records indicate - and our aim is to continue to do so.
Thank you for your interest and support.

ORIGINAL FIRST PRESS
JAPAN SUPER-SOUND 14 LP's BOX SET
COMPLETE WITH "OBI" STRIP!
JAPAN - APPLE - EAS 50031
Final collection copy!
All 14 vinyl discs look and play minty clean...(see full details below song listings)
BY FAR SUPERIOR = on par with AUDIOPHILE sound = the RARE original Japanese edition in a blue box with embossed gold lettering was finely produced and crafted, far bettering other countries issues... 13 full length albums with one double LP makes for a total of 14 LPs in this set. Both the White Album and Sgt.Peppers also include the original inserts. The "Rarities" album made up of B-side 45 mixes, EPmixes and German releases is aunique to this box set.
The COVERS to ALL 13 LP's ARE AMAZING! THICK & SOLID with FULL COLORS on par to the MOBILE FIDELITY STYLED COVERS ... some titles are produced with gatefold covers like the originals (the UK/USA issues are all singlefold covers)... all titles include lyrics inserts (exclusive to Japan only issue) ... even the WHITE album is NUMBERED and contains POSTER and PHOTOS ... the set BLOWS AWAY all other issues by miles.... the quality difference can be detected in the weight - while the USA & UK copy weights some 6 pounds, the Japanese pressing weighs 10 pounds....
Same recording process as AUDIOPHILE with incredible sonic sound quality!!
What pressings sound the best? U.S.? U.K.? Japanese? Stereo or mono? For the Beatles fan wanting an easy, one-box solution, there is no better source than The Beatles Collection, also known as The Blue Box, made in JAPAN... delivering amazing wide & deep range sound.
Superior supersonic Japanese vinyl with lyrics pages insert ....Japanese vinyl releases are premium quality pressings, much sought after by audiophiles
and collectors alike. In the 1960s Toshiba pioneered top quality red
vinyl pressings using their trademark ‘Ever-Clean’ process this utilised
a special ingredient intended to prevent the build-up of static
electricity on the vinyl. Japanese pressings are synonymous with quality
- the vinyl shines like no other vinyl - everything about their
releases feels special. When US audiophile label Mobile Fidelity Sound
Lab first released their series of high quality pressings the records
were manufactured in Japan. The sonic quality of Japanese pressings is
considered to be among the best in the world and, in addition, they are
beautifully presented, their covers usually printed on better quality
heavy stock paper and often including a bonus lyric insert with dual
language Japanese & English text.
This is a NICE collectible that is not getting any easier to find...future investment item....
The Beatles catalog was originally released in the United States, Japan and the United Kingdom with slightly different track listings, covers, and packaging. A much more striking difference, however, was the sound. The JAPANESE release used minimal processing and offered superior sound, both in the mono and stereo versions of each release. The U.S. versions on the other hand often used second or third generation tapes, and processed the recordings with excessive echo and reverb, particularly on the stereo versions, in an effort to make the records sound more modern--the result was simply inferior sound quality.
