Welcome to 20th Century Collectables Quality vinyl for the discerning collector This item has been re-listed due to the winning bidder being unable to pay at the auction end, however the re-listing does offer an opportunity to any collectors who missed the original listing.

To all genuine bidders out there good luck, this is a fabulous investment grade nr MINT vinyl which will only appreciate in value Please pay promptly at auction end.
The Beatles Please Please Me Genuine 1963 UK mono pressing 1st mother on the Black Gold Parlophone Label, catalogue number PMC 1202.
20th Century Collectables is proud to offer this superb example of a UK black gold Please Please Me in its original GOLD cover with the rarer Northern Songs label credits and 1st mother stamper.
Now becoming increasingly rare in this condition, this record has great investment potential.
Don t miss out Matrix numbers: XEX 421-1N XEX 422-1N Stamper codes: 1/GP 1st Mother 1, 2 /GH Please check out the pictures and read on for further details:- CONDITION Disc Labels: Side 1 EXCELLENT Side 2 EXCELLENT A superb set of labels with unworn gold lettering.
Side one has some light spindle wear around the centre hole but otherwise retains much of its original freshness.
Side two is once again fresh and very close to a nr mint grading.
There is no writing to any label.
The MT tax code is visible on side 2.
Visual: Side 1 nr MINT Side 2 EXCELLENT One of the finest looking black gold vinyl copies I have seen.
Appears virtually mint in strong daylight, even under a strong halogen desklight nothing much more is revealed other than only one or two faint marks per side.
A truly superb example and now extremely tough to find in this condition.
The record lies 100 flat on the turntable.
Audio: EXCELLENT Very little to fault this superb sounding copy.
There is a touch of light surface noise in some parts and the occasional light tick but overall superb undistorted audio which is crisp and clear.
Needless to say the record does not jump or stick.
Cover EXCELLENT The record comes in its original E J Day GOLD cover with the angus McBean credit in the extreme right hand position.
The front panel grades at excellent and is free from any thumbnail creases.
There is some light wear to the bottom right corner but other than this there is very little to fault.
The rear panel is clean and free from any tape marks or writing.
All flipbacks are intact, however there is a crease in the flipback on the bottom right corner and some wear to the flipback at the extreme top left corner.
It has to be said this 1st issue EJ day cover is in remarkable condition for its age, one only has to look at the condition of most 1st issue covers that are being sold on ebay to realise that this really is a wonderful cover and now extremely difficult to get in this condition.
Inner-sleeve EXCELLENT Clean correct.
