Possibly played very carefully one or two times at most.EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.
The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.V.G : The record will still be nice and shiny, but may visually have a few light marks/scuffs but will play well with occasional pop/click.
Some wear and tear on the cover.
This will still be a decent playable copy .V.G: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items without any major defects is acceptable.GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches.

PACKAGINGRecord is removed from outer sleeve.
Record and sleeve are both placed in a polythene sleeve.
They are packed securely between 2 cardboard stiffeners and then into a new record mailing envelope for posting.Multiple purchases 5 - 20 are packed in a new pizza type mailing box with bubble wrap, stiffeners, polythene sleeve etc.Larger purchases of 20 LPs suitable heavy boxes are used with bubble wrap packing etc.
