I am selling an original Sun Records 7" by Elvis Presley featuring the songs "That's All Right" & "Blue Moon of Kentucky"! It was released in 1954, catalog # 209. Labels are in nice shape with some minor rubbing and state Wabash Music Co. BMI U-128 / Peer BMI U-129. I have researched this in several places online and believe it to be one of the very scarce and desirable Elvis' first release 45rpm on Sun Records! Matrix numbers are etched in handwriting (not machine text) side A: U-128-45 72 / side B: U-129-45 72. There is a 1/4 inch gap between the 45 and 72 in the matrix numbers on both sides. There are 3 visible push-marks underneath the label on both sides. Vinyl is merely in fair shape with several scratches / surface marks that cause pops and crackles in the background when played. It does play all the way through on both sides without skipping. The labels look very nice overall, but there is a small half inch chip on the B-side right near the inner circle above the word "Blue". The label allows the tiny chipped piece to stay fixed in place, and this flaw does not affect play. This chip will not get bigger if record is stored in a normal environment, and will not be noticeable if this record ends up in a frame. Comes in generic sleeve.
