It has been repeatedly questioned in recent years and given the printer's date of December and the chart date of January 1965 is unlikely. Please see the submission history for more.

Side A:

(2) Left-hand track number "1" under the "CE" in "7TCE"
(3) Right-hand track number "1" under the "89" in "GEP 8924"

Side B:

(2) Left-hand track number "2" under the "E" in "7TCE"
(3) Right-hand track number "2" under the "8" in "GEP 8924"

[r=3255759] is similar, but has a sleeve with rounded back side flaps and different track number alignment on labels.
