3. Insert with info about the SHM-CD format
4. Insert of notes mostly in Japanese (also included English lyrics)
5. Insert of photos of original vinyl labels (numbered)

Note that the genuine Japanese issue has "SHM-CD" stamped on the CD matrix inner ring (see scans). There are counterfeits (probably from Russia) that are very similar to the genuine version, without these stamps.
