Released in an outer sleeve (textured with a tight raised pattern of tiny round-edged squares), and with a white inner sleeve printed with tracklisting and credits on one side, and a black and white photo of a partially opened door (with a hand holding the handle) on the other.
The centre label has a wide (compared to [url=http://www.discogs.com/release/585146]release 585146[/url]) raised ring underneath it, signifying a CBS pressing (see [url=http://www.discogs.com/help/forums/topic/221415]this discussion[/url]).
