White label promo with "Promotion Copy Not For Sale" printed at left side of labels. "SP" suffix on label matrix indicates a [l=Specialty Records Corporation] pressing. For the Allied promo pressing, see [r=14166435].

Cover has a promo-only hype sticker on front and gold promo stamp on back. Promo stamping includes a unique serial number per copy,
which is a 6-digit number, beginning with 02#### up to 03####, preceded by the letter 'S' for Specialty. The Allied pressings do not have a serial number.

Hype sticker states:
"The only track you probably won't want to play is "Damage, Inc." due to multiple use of the infamous "F" word. Otherwise, there aren't any "shits", "fucks", "pisses", "cunts", "motherfuckers" or "cocksuckers" anywhere on this record."
