NOTE: Earlier copies do not indicate who did the mixes here.

It was originally thought that Doc Martin was the mix artist, which given Black's and Martin's close and long standing association with one another, is understandable. However, when a second run was pressed a few months after the initial batch, labels were added identifying Black as the remix artist.
