This is the initial release on compact disc issued in a cardboard slipcase and was given to attendees (as they entered the venue) on all shows of the "Musicology Live 2004ever" tour and at each movie theater which simulcast the tour's second show on March 29th

Tracks 7 & 12 were previously released online on www.NPGMusicClub.com

Same issue was put in the Purple gift boxes (RIPNCE-4/21 hand outs with random content). These had a barcode sticker on the plastic wrapping (0 74645 84692 7)
