Steely Dan Aja is the absolute best ever!
Steely Dan Aja is my favorite album of all time. If you have any interest at all in the jazz-rock genre you absolutely must own a copy of this release. You will become an instant fan.Also certainly the best concerts I have ever attended. I cant offer any higher praise. Thank you to SD and all the great musicians that made this music possible. Miss seeing and hearing you on stage WB.

You simply can't get better than this!
Without a doubt, the album Steely Dan - Aja is indeed one of the greatest albums of all time. It has extreme staying power. I first started listening to the album way back in 1979 when I was the tender age of 15. It's just an album that I will never tire of. Very "Jazzy" and a tremendous amount of well seasoned Legends playing on the album. There's only seven songs on the album and that's all it needs. I am now age 57 and I listen to Steely Dan - Aja twice a week and its entirety. Every time I play it I find something new that I didn't find before after all these years. It was an extremely Innovative recording for 1977. The Sonic quality can match any modern Jazz album. The album just has it all. Jazz / Fusion / Pop / Rock/ World Music. It's got it all and it's probably going to end up ... Without a doubt, the album Steely Dan - Aja is indeed one of the greatest albums of all time. It has extreme staying power. I am pretty impressed with the quietness of the vinyl, the dynamics of the disc and the sound quality. I still wish that a full remastering of this classic record would be completed (as well as all of Steely Dan's catalog) to do it justice based on audiophile vinyl standards. From a performance perspective, this is SDs best album and is one album that I consider "perfect". There is no better collection of tracks that groove on any album, ever, than side 2. Incredible. Crisp, clear, and audiophile quality
The finest vinyl record I have ever purchased, this copy of Aja sounds incredibly close to the digital renderings of the same songs found on CD versions. The jacket holding the record itself had some minor imperfections along the edges, but no more than I have found on other records; and, overall, the packaging felt very durable.
