I ve been collecting records for 41 years. It s time to start selling some.

Up for bid is a VERY RARE original release from 1987 on Columbia Records 2CDN-390 . It is a CANADA ONLY double lp RADIO PROMOTIONAL item given out to Canadian radio stations and record executives to help promote the A MOMENTARY LAPSE OF REASON album. Apparently, there were only 500 pressed. Disc One CDN-391 is comprised of, as the front cover indicates, CONVERSATIONAL CLIPS WITH DAVID GILMOUR AND NICK MASON. Side One of that disc are interview clips with David Gilmour, while Side Two is made up of interview clips with Nick Mason. The labels on both sides state ON AIR USE ONLY NOT FOR SALE. The inside of the gatefold cover serves as the cue sheet outlining the subjects that each of the two band members talk about in the interviews. These subjects include the A Momentary Lapse... lp itself, David Gilmour s feelings on Roger Waters leaving the band and subsequent controversy, Dark Side Of The Moon , Pink Floyd s early days with Syd Barrett and much more. Disc Two OC 40599 is the complete A Momentary Lapse Of Reason lp. This is a truly rare find and essential for serious Pink Floyd fans/collectors.
