Near Mint NM or M- : Like new, no visible faults whatsoever.

Excellent, little to fault, close to near mint but not near mint.

It s still a nice record I d be happy to own.
Very minor marking, definitely no scratches.
I will grade VG to EX if the record so warrants.

A bit more surface marking, possibly a little scratch or two or some scuffing, some loss in audio quality is probable but it may be minor.
