No is 588 171 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Red/Maroon Atlantic labels see picture and is a UK Stereo 1st Pressing there were NO Monos The record labels are in BRILLIANT condition see pictures with NO wear, NO annotations, NO tears, NO rips, NO writing, and only some spindle marking around the centre holes The vinyl isnt in MINT condition - though it is still bright shiny under normal room conditions, and plays through absolutely FINE NO sticks and NO jumps And as I just said - when you first slide the record out under normal lighting, the vinyl looks VERY decent indeed, and still has a nice glossy look However, when held to a VERY bright light, you can see some general VERY light paper scuffing, 2 or 3 small hairline type marks, only 2 or 3 light scufflines, 1 surface mark, and a few VERY light hairlines.
It is probably consistent with being left out of its inner at some point in the past.
That said - this record is definitely NOT covered in deep or nasty marks, and there is NO large parts of regular loud clicking or anything nasty like that The record plays with NO nasty loud pops, only a few VERY light clicks, NO sticks, NO jumps, only some VERY slight background crackle in places though this is generally lost WAY behind the BRILLIANT music , and only some slight background sound on the run on grooves gaps - NOT in the music AT ALL So although the record isnt perfect though it certainly isnt wrecked either - it is still a VERY presentable example, that plays through FINE, and still gives a VERY decent account of itself And while the playback isnt pristine Mint, it was certainly a VERY enjoyable listen - as I played it end to end through my Seinheiser headphones Therefore, although many would be tempted to grade higher - I will MEGA STRICTLY grade Fair if not better, although as this record is PROPERLY graded, it is still a VERY presentable VERY playable example NO jumps and NO sticks and plays FINE Most people INCORRECTLY use this grade for trash when they should use Poor instead , and this record is WAY better than that And DONT expect a wall of noise on playback either It still gives VERY decent sound, with only some gentle crackles in places, and the odd click here and there.
NOTHING TERRIBLE.
So my grading of Fair is very VERY strict, and in my view how this grade was meant to be used correctly And remember - this record has very VERY nice labels with NO major flaws , almost EVERYTHING is VERY light and under normal light this record looks VERY bright shiny indeed , and plays FINE with NO sticks NO jumps Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to Brillant The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve which is in SUPERB condition The ORIGINAL 1st Press Turquoise Lettered FULLY Laminated Cover is in GREAT condition and very VERY presentable indeed, with NO major defects AT ALL It has NO sticker marks, NO edgewear, NO nasty brown creases, only VERY slight spinal wear in a few places NO splits , only a MEGA thin line of laminate lifting along the spinal edge, NO edge splits, shiny laminate, NO sticker tears, only slight corner wear NOT through the colour , NO annotations, possible VERY minor evidence of tipping in to the bottom corners, a few creases cover is still flat looking , NO yellowing, only a touch of uneveness near the spine, NO sticker marks, only a TINY trace of touching in on the top left edge, a few TINY creases along the spine, and NO writing The opening edge is beautifully straight with barely ANY feathering AT ALL Even the laminated back of the cover is in GREAT condition with NO annotations, only a few creases along the spine, NO yellowing, only a few light creases to the left, NO sticker tears, NO grubbyness, and NO writing So whilst this cover isnt Mint - it is certainly a very VERY decent example indeed, with absolutely NO major defects AT ALL And this is certainly still a very VERY decent example indeed, and must MEGA STRICTLY grade Good PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed if not better - with NO major defects AT ALL WITH THIS LP NOW REGULARLY SELLING FOR OVER 1500- 2000 NOW AND THE RECORD PRICE BEING 3600 , THIS IS SURELY AN EXTREMELY RARE CHANCE FOR SOMEONE TO OWN THIS INCREDIBLE LP AT A CHEAPER PRICE THAN THE HUGE FORTUNE REQUIRED TO OWN A MINT COPY AND EVEN THOUGH THIS EXAMPLE ISNT MINT - IT IS DEFINITELY A VERY SOLID EXAMPLE INDEED, THAT PLAYS THROUGH FINE NO STICKS NO JUMPS AND HAS NO MAJOR COVER DEFECTS AT ALL THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS WITH A 1ST PRESS TURQUOISE COVER SUPERHYPE LABELS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY HAVE A LOOK AT MY PICTURES - I DO MY BEST TO SHOW THE RECORD FROM ALL ANGLES AND MAKE THE PICTURES AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE - THERE IS NOTHING TO HIDE It really is a GREAT looking LP and it is truly rare to find any copies of this MEGA rare LP in this sort of condition THIS WILL BE YOUR ONLY CHANCE TO BUY AN ORIGINAL 1969 UK EARLIEST 1ST PRESSING OF LED ZEPPELIN BY LED ZEPPELIN Dont forget to take a look at all my other items including many other TOP LPs and contact me with any queries you may have.

MY POSTAGE UNDERCHARGE GUARANTEE TO ALL BUYERS I always undercharge on postage :- Due to UK Royal Mail s obscene price increases this year - I have had no choice but to increase postage charges a little.
Until this year - I had kept them exactly the same since I joined ebay back in 2002.
However this years price increases have been so obscene, that I have had no choice but to increase my postage charges for the first time ever.
However PLEASE NOTE - my absolute 100 guarantee to you as a buyer - is that I will ALWAYS undercharge postage on everything I send out.
Even after the increases, I am still charging you the buyer LESS than I am being charged myself.
On each package I send out - the price is clearly stated on the front of the package please check it when you recieve it .
I also do NOT charge for packaging costs - ONLY for postal costs And should you find that I have overcharged you postage in ANY way - I will refund DOUBLE the difference.
THAT IS MY 100 POSTAL GUARANTEE FOR EACH AND EVERY BUYER No buyer EVER deserves to be overcharged on postage - and on my listings, I ll make sure they are ALWAYS undercharged.
Any questions - please ask
