The sleeve is the flip-back edition with the Shades 5-heads image pasted on front.
They were all used for promotional purposes, some were given to various EMI executives and others were given to various UK radio stations.

1976 - RELEASED BY EMI MCH 77, I believe this particular copy were stored at a radio station archive and then re-used for promoting the 1977 reissue.
