THE PURPLE BASE COLOUR IS RICH AND VIBRANT, AND FULLY STRETCHES INTO THE UNWORN SPINDLE HOLE.
THE WHITE CENTRE SECTION IS ALSO WHITE AND UNMARKED.
THERE ARE JUST TWO TINY SPIDER LINES CLOSE TO THE HOLE TO SHOW THAT THIS LP HAS HAD LIMITED PLAY SINCE 1973 HAS THE GRAMOPHONE CO 1ST PRESS RIM WORDING THE VINYL THE RECORD GLEAMS LIKE A POLISHED MIRROR, AND IS ABSOLUTELY IMMACULATE AND FLAWLESS IN DAYLIGHT, AND EVEN WHEN PLACED UNDER INTENSE ILLUMINATION THERE IS NOTHING TO SEE APART FROM A FEW OF THE FINEST WISPIEST NON SOUNDING HAIRLINES I BELIEVE THAT IF YOU ARE GOING TO SPEND YOUR MONEY ON A FANTASTIC COLLECTIBLE VINYL, THAT YOU SHOULD BE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO HEAR WHAT YOU ARE BUYING.
I HAVE THEREFORE INVESTED IN THE SOFTWARE THAT ALLOWS YOU TO DO JUST THAT.
I HAVE RECORDED THE ENTIRE ALBUM FROM START TO FINISH, AS I NOW DO WITH ALL THE VINYL I LIST.
I AM CERTAIN THAT BIDDERS WILL WELCOME THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE ABLE TO HEAR THE LP THEY ARE THINKING OF BIDDING ON.
IT S A SERVICE I AM DELIGHTED TO BE ABLE TO OFFER MY CUSTOMERS THE LP PLAYS THROUGH BRILLIANTLY ON BOTH SIDES, AND I WOULD ENCOURAGE YOU TO TAKE A GOOD LISTEN TO THE SOUNDBITES WHICH DEMONSTRATE JUST HOW FANTASTIC IT SOUNDS.
IT WAS SAID THAT THE MK II PURPLE WERE AT THE TIME THE LOUDEST BAND ON THE PLANET, AND THIS SUPERB STEREO REPRODUCTION CERTAINLY CAPTURES THAT, HAVING A CRYSTAL CLEAR, LOUD CUT TO IT.
I CANNOT FAULT THE PLAYTHROUGH OF THIS ALBUM.
THERE IS NO DISTORTION TO THE SOUND WHATSOEVER, MEANING THAT WHAT LITTLE PLAY THE LP HAS RECEIVED WAS COMPLETED ON A SYSTEM WITH A CORRECTLY WEIGHTED AND UNWORN STYLUS.
NO BACKGROUND CRACKLE AND NO LOUD CLICKS NO EMBEDDED VINYL NOISE AND ONLY THE ODD SEMI SECOND OF BARELY AUDIBLE STATIC IN A COUPLE OF THE LINKING GROOVES I DIDN T HEAR ANY DUST POPS WHATSOEVER THROUGH THE PLAYTHROUGH I AM HAPPY TO GRADE THIS VINYL PLAYTHROUGH MINT PLEASE TAKE A LISTEN FOR YOURSELF AND YOU BE THE JUDGE THE SLEEVE BEAUTIFUL LAMINATED GATEFOLD SLEEVE FROM GARROD AND LOFTHOUSE THE FRONT SURFACE GLEAMS LIKE A POLISHED MIRROR AND HAS NO HEAVY CREASES OR BENDS AND LOOKS SIMPLY STUNNING THERE ARE JUST THREE MINUSCULE LAMINATE LINES CLOSE TO THE SPINE.

THE LAMINATE IS PERFECT ALL THE WAY FROM THE TOP TO THE BOTTOM .
THE BLACK TYPEFACE IS ALSO PRISTINE AND PERFECTLY LEGIBLE.
THERE IS NO RUBBING TO THE TOP EDGE, JUST A SMALL SPECK ON THE BOTTOM TIP THE OPENING EDGE IS RAZOR SHARP AND ONLY HAS ONE LITTLE THUMB NAIL NICK TO SHOW HOW LITTLE THE LP HAS BEEN OUT OF THE SLEEVE.
THE REAR SURFACE IS EVERY BIT AS PRISTINE AND GLEAMING AS THE FRONT, WITH JUST ONE TINY LAMINATE LINE CLOSE TO THE SPINE OPENING THE GATEFOLD REVEALS A MINT NON LAMINATED INNER SURFACE WITH UNMARKED PANELS.
THE FIRST PRESSES HOUSED A LYRIC INSERT SHEET.
THIS IS INCLUDED IN THIS FIRST PRESS AND IS THE CORRECT GLOSSY HEAVY PAPER ISSUE, WITH TPSA 7508 G L LTD IN THE BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER.
