I purchased this album via mail-order from a shop in Melbourne that graded the item as EX/M- J I ve only seen a handful of copies of this rarity in the last 25 years, with the majority being in the G to VG range.
Almost impossible to find in anything approaching MINT condition GRADING DESCRIPTION COVER M: Absolutely NEW perhaps still in shrink-wrap.

EX: Very light wear and/or creasing defects will be noted.
VG : Slightly less than EXCELLENT.
