Great condition: Sleeve has no rips. Corners and seams are intact. Very clean. Does have some edge wear at bottom and corners.
LP has clean labels, no wear, no hairlines. No spindle marks. Looks like a unplayed record. Sounds also like a new record: dynamic and clean sound: no tics, no hiss and no background noise.
Great clean copy of this great album.

Grading: Sleeve is Exc. and Record Near Mint NM.
