Booklet is Mint. The linen box is Near Mint with unavoidable hardly seen light scuffs.

I use Record Collector grading method Mint, NM, EX, VG, etc.
My highest grade for a non-sealed records is usually NM Near Mint I will grade it as Mint only if it s sealed or if I am 100 certain that this record was hardly played and has no pressings faults. I will not list records less than VG condition unless they are extremely rare.
