Grading: We re grading this record conservatively. We go into the grading detail below because of the rarity of this record, it s historical importance and also to provide an extremely accurate description of the record and sleeve condition.
Record: The record is in NM to NM- shape. Grading conservatively, it is closer NM- with barely a hint of wear. Specifically, on side A, near the edge of record there is a hint of a faint scuff that is approx 1/16 in size. It is very minute, extremely light and does not affect play. We re grading very conservatively and this record could very well grade at NM. You have to visually hold record at angle against light to see the scuff and when you can see it, it is near-negligible, if not negligible outright. Note: Photos of record itself have not been retouched i.e., dust is visible on record, which can be removed with carbon fiber brush or other record cleaning methods .
Sleeve: The sleeve is in NM shape, with no visible defects present on exterior or interior. It is essentially in the condition it was first purchased in.
Plastic Sleeve: This record has original plastic sleeve that has original hand-written pricing in blue ink, from the store it was purchased from, Bert s Records in Wilmington, Delaware. The plastic sleeve itself has some ringwear. Note: This pen writing is on the exterior plastic sleeve and NOT the sleeve itself, which is in NM shape. And the ringwear is on the plastic sleeve, not the sleeve itself, which again, is in NM shape.
