Vinyl sounds great Few spindle marks, and some ultra fine and light surface scuffs likely from storage - placed in and out of paper inner . Plays well and sounds great - from a single owner who took good care of it. Grading VG . Cover has browned a bit in places, and has some scuffs and general storage wear. The spine looks like is has been exposed to moisture. This is a definite first pressing, as the matrix number is clearly stamped.
Playtest results:
The needle sits comfortably in the record s grooves throughout playback. There is very small movement from a tiny warp where the record is not 100 level - it s completely insignificant and doesn t affect the sound or put any pressure on the stylus at all. It is very small - and doesn t affect the grading at all. The record itself has good clarity. It is a quiet pressing, but there is hardly any surface noise on this record. Reverend Sisters has a tiny bit of surface noise leading into the track, but then smooths out nicely. For this track you will notice a little surface noise if you listen closely on each revolution. It is so small though and the vocals have excellent range and loudness and overpowers any surface noise by a long way.
