OFFICIAL, REGULAR STOCK COPIES OF THIS ALBUM DO NOT EXIST THE ONLY KNOWN COPIES ARE TEST PRESSINGS AND 8-TRACK CARTRIDGES. THE ALBUM - AND THE REMAINDER OF DELANEY BONNIE S RECORDING CONTRACT WITH ATCO - WAS EVENTUALLY PURCHASED BY COLUMBIA RECORDS, WHICH RELEASED THE ALBUM IN A SIGNIFICANTLY DIFFERENT FORM DIFFERENT TRACKS, SEQUENCING AND MIX AS DELANEY AND BONNIE TOGETHER IN 1973 .

Amazing An unbelievable piece: What we have here is an unheard-of TEST PRESSING of this UNRELEASED Delaney Bonnie Southern Blues/Rock Masterpiece. While many test pressings often have alternate or demo- versions of known, later released songs, and while it is possible that this particular test pressing contains demo or alternate versions of some of the tracks, please don t take our word that it does:
PLEASE NOTE: THIS TEST PRESSING APPARENTLY NEVER HAD A CUSTOM COVER THE ALBUM WILL BE SHIPPED IN A PLAIN, GENERIC WHITE CARDBOARD COVER. TEST PRESSINGS ARE RARELY IF EVER FOUND IN CUSTOM STOCK COVERS.
This is a ridiculously rare test pressing for Atco s intended 1972 US 12-track LP, scheduled for release under a SD33-383 catalogue number, this album was not just withdrawn but never reached the final production stage in this original form only an 8-track cartridge tape was rushed into final production under this title . This earliest version features the original mixes, the original running sequence all eight minutes of TryA Little Harder, not included on D B Together Country Life was eventually released in a different form as D B Together , also stars Eric Clapton, Leon Russell, Duane Allman, Dave Mason, John Hartford, Billy Preston, Tina Turner Steve Cropper.
