a WE GRADE THE VINYL AS VERY GOOD PLUS PLUS VG . Under bright light there are some sleeve and storage marks VISIBLE, but they appear somewhat insignificant relative to the overall condition of the vinyl, and are not visually distracting. The vinyl looks great. The original luster is intact, and the vinyl still shines and sparkles.
b The record is pressed on a beautiful, thick, inflexible vinyl, which was usually used for the first or very early pressings. Usually, the sound on such thick vinyl pressings is full-bodied, vivid, and even dramatic. Do not expect to obtain such a majestic analog sound from a digital recording

d We grade the cover as VERY GOOD PLUS VG . There is moderate age ware and staining mostly visible on the back. There is edge ware and this is the flat spine cover, see pics. There are no seam splits but the spine does has a 2 split about half way down the spine, see pics. This is a thick cardboard cover, American style.
e RVG Rudy Van Gelder is etched in the dead wax area along with the ear logo and hand etched matrix numbers.
