Artist: Lee Morgan
Title: Candy
Label: Blue Note BLP 1590
Mono/Stereo: mono
Details:
Very rare 1st pressing of this Blue Note Classic Plays incredibly well Deep Groove, RVG, and ear mark both sides. West 63rd address and no trademark R seen on both sides.
Record
condition: VG visually and plays much nicer From the moment you drop the needle, you know this one s a player. Lead in on both sides is near silent, the music starts with beautiful clarity and plays that way the whole way through. Side 1 plays a solid EX. Side 2 starts beautifully, at only one point can some light tics be heard for about 20 seconds. These are audible but are barley noticed, otherwise side 2 plays a solid EX as well. This makes an excellent original play copy
Cover: VG The front cover displays beautifully, bright clean graphics. There is some writing on the back cover. Top and bottom seams are nearly perfect, but the spine has a 6 split. See photos.
Labels: Clean
