This 12” diameter, 33 1/3 rpm, long-playing vinyl record is the self-titled, one-and-only release from “Highway”, (no label name used) #584N11 ©1975. Highway originated in Ceylon (near Fairmont), Minnesota, having started in 1972, an evolution of the Epicureans. Their roots can be traced to 1965, to two Fairmont bands - The Pacers and The Corvairs. Highway self-produced just 500 copies of this album. The group was Eric Bannister, Dan Cammarata and Steve Murphy. The jacket (still in its cellophane shrink wrap) is VG++ having extremely faint discoloration but totally solid seams, sharp corners and no cutout marks, writing, stickers, tears, corner bends or stains. The record’s playing surfaces are near mint.
