rims The KT purchase tax code is present in the centre of the side 2 label Matrix numbers: YAX 3633-1 YAX 3634-1 Stamper codes: 1/G 1/R Vinyl weight: 146g The disc is housed within a front laminated, tri-flipback Garrod Lofthouse printed stereo cover red EMI advertising inner-sleeve CONDITION Disc Labels: EXCELLENT Both are clean unworn bearing only a small number of light spindle trails around the side 1 label a sliver of the silver centre hole marker, but only faint trails on side 2.
Visual: EXCELLENT Exceptionally clean unworn playing surfaces which retain all of their deep-gloss shine.
Apart from two light surface scuffs on side 1, there are no further noticeable marks visible in strong daylight.
Closer inspection directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp reveal nothing more than a small number of wispy paper hairlines consistent with inner-sleeve removal together with a sparkling rainbow shine.
Sound Quality: EXCELLENT This well looked after disc has received a minimal amount of careful play from good equipment and is without any significant or major audible faults.
My single careful playcheck at volume found no evidence of any groove/playwear distortion with the only noticeable distractions being some light background on some passages of Set The Controls for The Heart Of The Sun , and in a few of the album s other quieter moments.
However, there are no clicks, pops or any other such blemishes throughout this highly enjoyable copy.
Cover: EXCELLENT A clean strong example with some light storagewear and no major faults.
The vibrant front panel is unworn and retains all of its high-gloss finish with just some light wrinkles to the laminate, mostly to the edges.
There is a touch of shelfwear rubbing to the tips of the lower corners a small bruise to the upper left but no significant wear to either opening edge.
The exposed rear panel is clean black where it should be with no ringwear, writing or missing paper.
All flipbacks are fully intact as are both seams and the fully worded spine.
Inner-sleeve: VERY GOOD Our grading is strict conservative grading in strong daylight directly beneath a halogen desk lamp to UK RECORD COLLECTOR standards.
Each record is professionally securely packaged in custom-made record mailing boxes with the disc removed from the cover.
