SOME PEOPLE ODDLY BELIEVE THE EMI TEXT ON THE LABELS MAKES A DIFFERENCE (I HAVE NEVER HELD THIS VIEW - ESPECIALLY WHEN A LOW NUMBERED '0002902' COPY RECENTLY SOLD WITH THIS TEXT ON EVERY LABEL, AS WELL AS MANY OTHERS!). SO THIS IS CLEARLY COMPLETE FANTASY AND AN IRRELEVANCE HERE. NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS DOUBLE LP IS IN ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT CONDITION - AND IS VERY HARD TO FIND IN THIS CONDITION NOW!!!! THE POSTER IS IN ABSOLUTELY SUPERB CONDITION, THE 4 'COLOUR PRINTS' ARE SIMPLY STUNNING (BOTH THE POSTER & THE INSERTS DON'T LOOK LIKE THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN REMOVED FROM THE COVER - AND I HAVE EVEN TAKEN A PICTURE OF THE BACK OF THEM!), THE BLACK INNERS (WHICH ARE ORIGINAL 1ST PRESS INNERS!) IT IS ALSO WORTH NOTING, THAT FOR ONCE ALL PARTS OF THIS DOUBLE LP ARE 100% GENIUNE 1ST PRESS ITEMS - AND HAVE NOT BEEN SWOPPED OR CHANGED FROM A LATER PRESSING!!!! AS YOU CAN SEE IN MY PICTURES THE 'LIPSTICK' AREA ON THE POSTER IS 100% SHARP IN DETAIL AND IS NOT FADED AT ALL (LATER ONES ARE!). THIS DOUBLE LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!! The records are pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The matrix numbers are XEX 709-1, XEX 710-1, XEX 711-1 & XEX 712-1 (the VERY 'Earliest' possible!)!!!! The Cat. No is PMC 7067/68 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press DARK Apple labels (see picture) and is a MONO 1st Pressing!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Beatles at their best!!!! BOTH record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO wear, only VERY minor 'texturisation', NO writing, only 1 absolutely TINY and almost INVISIBLE surface indentation on 1 label ONLY, NO stickers, and only a few VERY light spindle marks!!!! IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THESE RECORDS HAVENT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!! The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! Most of these 60s Double LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and BOTH records have NO scratches, only 3 or 4 MEGA light hairlines, NO scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! ALL SIDES RETAIN EVERY BIT OF THEIR ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND SHINE LIKE NEW!!!! It is great to find that the playing of the records are as STUNNING as the visual!!!! They play with NO pops, barely ANY clicks AT ALL, NO sticking, NO jumps, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some some VERY low level background sound on the run on grooves & gaps - NOT in the music AT ALL!!!! The sound quality is simply SUPERB - with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!! The records must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!! WHAT A BRILLIANT SET OF RECORDS!!!! Believe me these records are NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! BOTH records also come in their ORIGINAL 1st Press Black inner sleeves which are in BRILLIANT condition - with NO splits, NO rips, NO tears, and NO writing!!!! The ULTRA RARE 100% GENIUNE 1st Press 'Colour' Poster, 1st Press 4 Colour 'Prints' & 1st Press 'Spacer' are all in absolutely SUPERB condition (see pictures) and it is VERY clear that they have NEVER left the cover!!!! A SUPERB SET OF INSERTS!!!! The ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Garrod & Lofthouse' Gatefold TOP Opening FULLY Laminated Flipback 'Numbered' MONO Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO splits, NO spinal wear (apart from 1 TINY rub trace, PERFECT side words, and still laminated!), only VERY slight corner wear, only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking indeed!), NO ringwear, VERY shiny laminate, NO grubbyness, barely ANY yellowing AT ALL (virtually NONE!), NO annotations, and NO writing!!!! The TOP opening edges are beautifully straight with barely ANY feathering AT ALL!!!! Even the laminated inside of the cover is in SUPERB condition with NO writing, SUPERB flipbacks, STUNNING shiny 'mirror-like' laminate, NO grubbyness, and barely ANY yellowing AT ALL!!!! The '0273336' number on the cover front is EXACTLY 'as printed' back in 1968 and has absolutely NO wear AT ALL - and the raised lettering of 'The Beatles' on the cover front is absolutely AWESOME with NO grubbyness and NO dirt AT ALL!!!! The cover must MEGA STRICTLY grade Very Good++++ if not better - and is very VERY close to a grade above!!!! BRILLIANT COVER!!!!
