PINK FLOYD: ‘A SAUCERFUL OF SECRETS’ – AN ORIGINAL AND RARE UK COLUMBIA RECORD LABEL, 1 G/1 R STAMPERS STEREO VINYL LP, Cat No SCX 6258     Album Description and Condition:
  A really superb and rare stereo issue of Pink Floyd’s Second UK Album Release, released in 1968 on the traditional Black with Blue & Silver Print Columbia Record Labels, with Gramophone Co Ltd Label Rim, and ‘Made in Gt Britain’and Sold in UK Label text printed to both record labels, on side 1 there is an extra dot shown as, SOLD IN.U.K. additionally Gilmour has been misspelled as Gilmore on the record label and on the credit on the reverse of the sleeve.
 


  Both record labels are in superb Near Mint condition, bright, clean and undamaged record labels, showing just a few light signs of play.
 

  Side 1 stamped matrix. YAX 3633-1.

And Side 2. YAX 3634-1.

  Side 1 and 2 first pressing stampers. 1 G and 1 R.


  Both sides of the LP are in beautiful Near Mint condition, super clean and bright vinyl surfaces to both sides.
 



 
Audio Quality:

  As expected the LP plays through with superb sound quality throughout, no skips, no clicks or pops, and no background noise.
  The Vinyl LP comes in it’s original E.M.I. Advertising Inner record bag, and is housed in it’s glossy front laminated three black flip-back, Garrod & Lofthouse Patents Pending Picture Sleeve.
 
  The sleeve is in superb Excellent Plus condition. The sleeve still retains its high gloss laminate to the front panel, with no fading to the colours, with only mild signs of record storage and a couple of manufacturing laminate pinches, there are NO seam splits to any of the edges.
 

  The non laminated reverse panel of the sleeve has no damage and is super clean, the spine edge and the three flip-backs are superb.
 

  This is a superb example of this original 1968 rare stereo Pink Floyd Album.
