This is a very rare Hendrix that rarely turn up for sale. In fact this is a record hardly known in the Hendrix collecting world. Track records issued this one sided advanced promo 45 of Purple Haze to the big media outlets in the US. The dead wax area has the original machine stamped number 604003 A//1 and there are two other digits I cannot make out. I read somewhere that there were only around 100 copies made of this single. This copy is very worn and in rough condition. G-. Which is unfortunate but considering the rarity and historical importance of this promo, it is almost forgiven. Ok, maybe not that much forgiven.
