Dave Matthews Band - Before These Crowded Streets 1998 Vinyl Lp Rare Nm Unplayed

Up for sale is a very hard to find original LP titled Dave Matthews Band - Before These Crowded Streets, RCA / BMG Records, 07863 67660-1.  1st US gatefold pressing.  Includes original inner sleeves and uncut sheet of postcards insert.
  Please read everything below regarding condition before bidding or buying.
 

The story behind this rare gem is it was purchased brand new, retail.  It was opened from it's shrink wrap and put up on a shelf for display.  The records were never played due to the original owner never even owning a turntable.
 
Jacket is in very good shape with only minor corner and some minor edge wear.  Labels are in very good shape.  Records are in Near Mint condition.  I have never tested it but it will play great. 
Please look at the pictures for the overall cosmetic condition.    
No cracks, warping or promo holes seen through the record. 
 Please note!  Every used record I sell is graded FAIR, GOOD, or VERY GOOD by me.  My fair is usually other graders GOOD and so on.

 I am a record collector and enthusiast but I don't consider myself a professional record grader.  I do my best to describe them properly.  I have been buying and selling them for years without any issues but I am not perfect so please know this before buying or bidding.
I sell used records.  If you expect perfection from a used record when playing them, do no bid or buy.  It is normal for a used record to have wear and to hear it sometimes during playback.  If your looking for perfection, buy a sealed re-issue.
The majority of my records are retail versions.  Sometimes some records will have promotional marks, stamps, stickers, cuts etc on the jacket etc.  If there is anything major it will be noted above.
This is a retail version.  No promotional cuts or marks on jacket or record.  
The record comes used and in the condition stated above.  The picture included in this auction is of the actual record you are bidding on, I do not use stock photos.
