OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. In order to meet that goal, we will ALWAYS work with our customers on any concerns that may arise. In the unlikely instance that you feel the need to open a resolution dispute before working with us, you will immediately be blocked from any further chance to acquire the rare music we present each and every week.
Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.
Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.
We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.
We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. STILL FACTORY SEALED Probably, and expected to contain the double sided lyrics inner sleeve ... .... L E D Z E P P E L I N .... Starting with the powerhouse rocker The song Remains the Same you already know you're in for a wonderful musical ride. The real highlights of the album are obvious, especially for a hardrocker's musical tastes. The Rain Song, played in an unusual guitar tuning, is a slow-paced symphonic song that may be better than the over exposed albeit famous Stairway to Heaven. You have mellotron in this piece instead of a symphony, and many prefer the mellotrons. The song gets heavier in the later parts of it, without sacrificing the melodic beauty of the first half. No Quarter is another slow-paced song, but this one sounds dark and creepy. It has organs, piano, and synthesizers playing softly in the background during the verses until an awe-inducing guitar riff breaks the silences on the choruses. The instrumental break in the middle puts John Paul Jones in the spotlight, playing a long solo that focuses on melody and emotion, rather than virtuosity. Jimmy Page hurls a guitar solo in the mix that sounds un-Page like... and fantastic. Other good songs are Over the Hills and Faraway which begins with fast acoustic guitar riffs then turns into a nice rocker and The Ocean which is an accessible cool rocker. The Crunge is an entertaining bump and grind tune with a great bass line and a groovy ending. Dancing Days while it contains an awful guitar riff in the beginning, then manages to be a pretty good rock like only Zeppelin could always pull off....
