This Italian version of the UK LP With The Beatles dates from Spring 1964 on the red silver Parlophon label: PMCQ 31503

Matrix numbers: XEX 447.1 XEX 448.1

The cutting date 4.2.64 is also machine stamped in each run-out.

Vinyl weight: 155g

The disc is housed in a semi-gloss bi-flipback cover printed in Italy.

CONDITION

Disc: EXCELLENT

Both labels are bright clean, bearing only a small number of spindle trails around each unworn centre hole. Both playing surfaces retain all their deep-gloss shine with a couple of very light non-feeable/non-audible surface marks on side 2 but none whatsoever on side 1. All tracks play without any trace of groovewear and just a touch of background on the quieter passages and between tracks. There are no clicks, pops, jumps or any other such faults anywhere on this gem.

Cover: EXCELLENT
A highly respectable example of this attractive cover which was created by Parlophone Italy as an alternative to the standard With The Beatles cover which they had already used on on the 1st Italian LP the year before. It is clean, strong and fully intact with an unfaded front panel showing some light storagewear rubbing only. All corners are unworn and unbumped and both opening edges are free from any tears or feathering. The rear panel is clean unmarked with just a hint of toning along the opening edge and slight wear to the the upper flipover. Both seams are smooth and unstressed and the spine is unsplit and fully worded.
