Spectator records was formed in 1969 by Journalist J rgen Bornefeldt togehter with Jazz musician Carsten Meinert.
All master tapes and the stock of vinyls were lost in a fire at the company in 1972.
The reissues available are therefore made from re-recording actual vinyl pressings and not master tapes, cause they simply do not exist
Records were usually pressed in between 300-500 copies.
