TONCHO PILATOS - Same ( polydor LRG 16120, Mexico 1973 )
The 1st album from this outstanding Mexican psych rock quintet - here the very rare original pressing - released in thick gatefold cover. Musically from melodic pychedelic tracks ( the tracks "Drunk Again" or "Blind Man" on side one are the highlights for me), excellent guitar work. On side two the 14 minute plus number "La Ultima Danza" - a more complex prog orientated work, is to distinguish....... Very hard to find, especially in this top vinyl quality for a 44 yera old LP from this country....
Has a company (Polydor Promocional) sticker on side 2 of the label
The record is in top excellent minus (ex-) condition, showing some paper scuffs / hairlines. Has on side one on beginning of track two a small area of a vinyl abrasion / paper scuff, that make a few soft clicks (NOT disturbing) - otherwise plays top !!!
The gatefold cover is in very good (vg) condition, showing some wear on spine and top seam, heavier wear on bottom seam, some wear on corners. Back cover showing more shelf wear ( see scan), Inner cover showing 2 tiny sticker abrasions (see scan), front cover showing tiny shelf wear
Without exception, I´ll only send via REGISTERED postage !!!!
