Gatefold sleeve is VG.
Has some storage wear / rubbing along bottom edge and the spine, see photos .
Has a catalogue sticker top right, and the inevitable price sticker rip top left.
Lyric centre spread has a little rubbing / fading along top and bottom edge.
Vinyl EX has sheen and has been well looked after.
Gradings are visual.
I have started this item at 250, which I think is a fair price, but any realistic offer will be considered.
