The record labels to BOTH records are in SUPERB condition see pictures with NO writing, NO wear, and only a few VERY light spindle marks The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition visually with the playing grade slightly less Most of these 60s Double LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. These records are NOT and BOTH records have NO scratches, only 2 or 3 VERY light hairlines, only 2 or 3 MEGA light scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT BOTH RECORDS STILL RETAIN THEIR ORIGINAL JUST PRESSED LOOK AND SHINE LIKE NEW It is great to find that BOTH records play almost as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO skips, barely ANY clicks AT ALL, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL There is some typical slight background sound on the run on grooves gaps - though this is lost WAY behind ALL but the VERY quietest parts of the music ONLY And as most of this Double LP is very VERY loud indeed, any background sound is almost irrelevant here The sound quality itself is simply SUPERB with NO groovewear, and NO distortion either BOTH records must visually grade Very Good if not better - with the playing grade slightly less than this as detailed above Believe me these records are NOT overgraded in ANY way I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to Brillant The records also come in their ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeves which are both in SUPERB condition The ULTRA RARE Earliest 1st Press E.J.Day FULLY Laminated Blue Text Gatefold Cover is in GREAT condition - and is a very VERY decent cover indeed, with NO major defects AT ALL It has NO edge wear, NO edge splits, some clear evidence of touching in to the inside outside spines, NO spine splits, only slight corner wear NOT through the colour , NO rips, NO tears, only a few VERY light creases cover is still VERY flat looking indeed , shiny laminate, NO annotations, and NO writing For some reason one opening edge has a MASSIVE overlap - and the other opening edge does not My first thought was that someone might have trimmed one opening edge, but on closer examination - BOTH opening edges meet up together PERFECTLY, and there is laminate shrinkage to ALL opening edges So clearly it must be a minor manufacturing detail The opening edges are beautifully straight with barely ANY feathering AT ALL Even the laminated inside of the cover is in GREAT condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, shiny laminate, some creasing, and NO writing Essentially this is still a very VERY decent cover indeed, with NO major defects AT ALL The cover must grade Very Good PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed if not better - and is still a very VERY decent cover indeed THIS DOUBLE LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE ESPECIALLY AS THE EARLIEST 1ST PRESSING EVER MADE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY
