Labels :
Classic UK 1st Press black and silver Verve labels Both sides are FANTASTIC with minimal signs of age, NO writing, NO stickers, and NO tears whatsoever Just has a small amount of ultra light spindle marks from general careful light use over the years AWESOME for a 50 year old record Both must grade overall as Very Good
Record : Visual -
Spectacular Original 1967 UK 1st Press Vinyl Nice bright, clean and shiny as if it was just pressed Fantastic jet black mirror like surfaces, it looks GOOD with NO excessively nasty marks, NO deep scratches that ruin playback, and NO vicious scuffs either It just has a few of the usual light, wispy sleeve traces, some obvious but still fairly light scuffs and scratches, and some relatively mild hairlines only visible in angled light mostly from where it has sat or been removed from it s cover over the years Of course, none of these blemishes interfere with play AT ALL, and they CERTAINLY don t effect the smoothness of it s playing Used, but still GREAT for a record of this age and rarity Must grade overall visually at least as Good minus graded STRICTLY to the UK RRPG standards, not overgraded AT ALL Customer satisfaction is of 100 importance to me
Record : Audio -
Thankfully, it plays BRILLIANTLY with fantastic mono blast and clarity It really sounds great with NO hops, distortion, sticks, or skips Only like pretty much all records has low level surface noise in places such as on the run in grooves, only a few light ticks here and there on occasions, and just a touch of ULTRA mild and light bluesman s fag atmospheric static in few and far between places such as on some of the quieter sections, but it doesn t overshadow the music AT ALL I d even argue it gives it added soul A hugely enjoyable listen - The music is TRULY loud and clear with that bass, depth, warmth and clarity you can only get from UK 1st Press vinyl AWESOME for a record of this age and rarity Must grade overall audiably at least as Very Good graded STRICTLY to the UK RRPG standards, not trashed or overgraded AT ALL Customer satisfaction is of 100 importance to me
Sleeve :
Original UK 1st press front laminated flipback GL patents pending sleeve complete with inner IMPOSSIBLE to find this sleeve in anything approaching a good condition - most are spent, torn and worn due to age and the lifestyles of the buyers of this particular LP This one is NOT, and looks GREAT, especially considering the nature of these fragile sleeves NO tears, NO really bad marks AT ALL, and still ULTRA strong and solid after all these years Only has a few signs of usual mild ageing such as some laminate creasing and a touch of a record imprint, some general light ageing to the remarkably clean unlaminated back such as a little dusting to the flipback edges and the slightest storage rubbing here and there absolutely nothing drastic - NO coffee cup rings, nasty grubbiness, writing OR graffiti whatsoever , a touch of denting to the four corners which basically ALL vintage LP s have, and POSSIBLY just to be sure one or two other minor signs of age here and there, though nothing that really stands out to note at all And that s truly about it I tend to bring it down by emphasizing the negatives, but despite some mild ageing, this remains a BRILLIANT sleeve, and a TRUE rarity to find one as beautifully presentable and as strong as this - most have been virtually destroyed or are just about being held together, but not this one It remains ultra strong, solid, unsplit and unspoilt, and even the spine remains ultra strong, solid, unsplit, and 100 readable Must grade overall at least as Very Good graded STRICTLY to the UK RRPG standards, not trashed or overgraded AT ALL Customer satisfaction is of 100 importance to me
Summary : A used, but FANTASTIC sounding example of this INCREDIBLY RARE classic original 1967 Stereo UK 1st Press LP Hard to find in ANY condition, but SERIOUSLY RARE TO FIND ONE AS SONICALLY AWESOME AS THIS YOU MAY NEVER GET THE CHANCE AGAIN, so don t miss out on this scarce opportunity to own a true piece of 60 s/70 s music history Bid now

I ve realized that most countries have their own unique grading system. I base mine strictly on the UK RRPG grading system occasionally with a or a - to indicate the higher and lower ends of the grade, though I only use these if i m having real trouble deciding , so please check their chart for further clarity if you are unsure of what my grades mean. As a general rule, a mint record will be 100 perfect, an excellent record will be in fantastic clean condition with the occasional mild mark and minor use from the years, and a very good record will have noticeable, yet light visual markings and obvious signs of age and use, but will still remain clean with relatively light wear and will play fantastically well with plenty of life remaining in it. I very rarely offer records below the very good region unless they are of an EXCEPTIONAL rarity and playing quality...I hope this helps
