Looks Like LP Has NEVER been played.
Put it on my TT once to check for warpage.  Condition of LP is a strong M- 
Condition of cover is a strong VG.  Has small CO hole see pic.  Also has slight storage discoloration with some edge wear and seam splitting. 
Postage is 4.99 in lower 48 USPS media mail.
