Melvins: Gluey Porch Treatments Test Pressing Lp Record 2017 Amrep Reissue

Up for auction is a rare Test Pressing for the upcoming Amphetamine Reptile reissue of the Melvins Gluey Porch Treatments LP.
It s easy enough to find the track listings elsewhere online, so I won t get bogged down with an endlessly long listing with that.

The record up for auction is Test Pressing 1 of 5.
The vinyl is in basic black vinyl is marked TEST PRESS 1/5 comes in a white inner sleeve.
The outer sleeve itself features HAZE XXL s far out take on the artwork from the original Alchemy Records release in 1987.
The sleeve was entirely assembled by HAZE has a hand-printed 3-color linocut with torn edges mounted to a thick, tan cardstock jacket.
The back has a second 1-color linocut with pencil details drawn on the figures.
The rest of the back all stamped by hand has the GLUEY PORCH TREATMENTS T/P 1/5 written in black Sharpie is signed by HAZE XXL in silver.
Back of the sleeve has a slight ding on the lower left corner that s not noticeable from the front.
This auction is coming directly from AmRep the ding is a known mark upon it s original sale.

You also get the original mailer from Pirates Press when the test pressings were sent to AmRep HQ.
It is a mailer reflects the fact that it s been through the postal system with an assortment of labels, stickers, writing, tape scuffs creases.
