Item Description

THE BEATLESPLEASE PLEASE ME1ST PRESS GOLD/BLACK STEREOYEX 94-1 , YEX 95-1 STAMPERS 1 R 1 GMZT TAX CODE EX-VISUAL/ EX AUDIO / VG SLEEVE This is a fine example of this most famous vinyl rarity of them all, earning it s name as the holy grail for record collectors.
The vinyl shows a deep shine to both sides with only very light marks which can be noticed when tilting.
Visually this vinyl looks a very strong VG bordering EXCELLENT.
These old thick vinyl s really do last well and the playback is truly wonderful with only the very slight hiss of static noise on the quieter parts and run ins.
The labels are really very nice and are easily VG , with very little spindle wear and a clear MZT tax code on side 1.
I would be very tempted to class these labels as excellent but for some flaking of the gold lettering.
The main outer sleeve is the original 1st pressing gold sleeve with the Angus Mcbean credits to the far right corner, it is slightly worn on the rear with wear to the flip backs, but the spine and front are very decent and it has done its job and preserved the vinyl perfectly.
Graded as VG.Lastly the Emitex original inner, this is again very nice and in keeping with the rest of the record it is in excellent condition.
In conclusion this is not a mint example but a seriously solid example that plays like a dream.
This is the only way this album should be heard but only very few are lucky enough to actually play this pressing.
Bid with confidence and you could be one of those lucky few.Postage PackagingMy new postal promise is that every record sold will be posted the very next working day after payment is madeAll records are postage using brand new Defender mailers with new stiffeners and plastic sleeve. All records are removed from the outer sleeve to save splits.
Good luck to you all and please ask if you have any questions.
