Item Description

THE BEATLESPLEASE PLEASE ME1ST PRESS GOLD/BLACK Dick James CREDITSXEX 421-1N , XEX 422 - 1N STAMPERS 1 M 1 TMZT TAX CODE EX VISUAL/ Nr MINT AUDIO / VG SLEEVE This is a truly stunning example of a true 1st Dick James label pressing of Please Please Me, with extremely early stampers making it amongst the first thousand or so to be pressed and hit the record shops.
The vinyl shows a deep shine to both sides with virtually no evidence of previous use.
It is obvious that this record has been extremely well cared for.
The fact that it is well over 50 years old is astonishing.
The labels are stunning and perfectly preserved with only very slight signs of the odd spindle mark.
Side 1 holds the MZT tax code and Dick James credits whilst side 2 also holds the Dick James credits making this a true 1st pressing.
The main outer sleeve is the original 1st pressing gold sleeve with the Angus Mcbean credits to the far right corner, it is slightly grubby on the rear but is very decent and it has done its job and preserved the vinyl perfectly.Lastly the Emitex original inner, this is again very nice and in keeping with the rest of the record it is in excellent condition.Postage PackagingMy new postal promise is that every record sold will be posted the very next working day after payment is madeAll records are postage using brand new Defender mailers with new stiffeners and plastic sleeve. All records are removed from the outer sleeve to save splits.
Good luck to you all and please ask if you have any questions.
