The Beatles White Album - Original 1968 UK stereo UK 1st pressing with original top opening wide spine numbered sleeve and dark green Apple labels with Sold in UK label text dating to the original release date of 22nd November 1968.
A superb and complete wide spine copy including rare spacer.
Of all Beatles releases the White album is one of the toughest releases to find in this condition and its value is sure to appreciate as copies become embedded in collections.

Side one is totally unmarked, even under strong halogen lighting nothing more is revealed other than near invisible whispy sleeve removal marks.
Side two on initial inspection appears in MINT condition, on closer examination and when rotating and angling the record towards the light, two superficial marks become visible.
Under further examination under halogen lighting there are some whispy sleeve removal marks.
Disc 2: Side three EXCELLENT Side four EXC to MINT- An impressive looking disc with no marks visible in daylight.
Side three under close examination reveals the odd superficial mark and whispy sleeve removal marks.
Side four has no real noticeable marks and grades between exc and nr MINT.
In summary an outstanding set of well cared for discs and difficult to find in this condition.
Both discs lie 100 flat on the turntable.
Labels: EXC to MINT- All four labels are in superb and fresh condition with only light spindle trails around the centre hole.
There is a KT tax code visible on side 2.
There is no writing or personalization to any label.
All labels carry the Sold in UK label text.
Audio: Disc one EXC to MINT- Disc two EXCELLENT Rich and powerful analogue sound from this UK 1st pressing.
There is some occasional surface noise which is more noticeable on disc two, but there is no groovewear or distortion to any of the music signals.
The record does not jump or stick.
Cover MINT- An original 1968 1st issue wide spine top opening numbered sleeve 0441016 in an outstanding state of preservation.
Both front and rear panels are free from any thumbnail creases.
The laminate is unworn and the laminate over the word Beatles is intact and completely undamaged.
The interior gatefold is in pristine condition.
All corners are sharp.
The spine is as good as it gets with most of the laminate still intact.
Overall a stunning example and extremely difficult to find in this condition.
Inner-sleeves EXC Original 1968 black inners in great condition.
Photos MINT- A superb set of original 1968 photos with the original and rare spacer.
Poster MINT- Original 1968 poster which still retains its original freshness.
One of the best I ve seen.
No tape stains or pin marks, has remained folded and stored for 47 years.
