Introducing THE BEATLES Vee Jay SR 1062 Ad Back Stereo Rarest Near Mint Cover Only.
The cover is in Near Mint condition.
The bottom right corner has a small dent and tiny paper separation.
Can be seen on front and back.
The only other slight defect is a small blemish on the blue Jimmy Reed cover on the back cover top left.
see pic The rest of the cover is as clean as you will EVER see No ring wear, no splits, no marks, no dirt, no dulling, no yellowing.
Other than the 2 issues I mentioned, it looks like it just came off the press.
If you look at the scan of the title spine, at the far left.
The cover sheet folds over and covers the SR and 1.
It is there, just covered up.
Now the hard part.
This is the saddest listing I ve ever made.
I got this LP in a collection late last year.
It was in it s original Sears Baggie.
The vinyl was unplayed and perfect in every way.
Not a mark.
The cover also was just about perfect.
That is until a friend came over and asked to look in a box of 45 s that was around 6 feet off the ground.
I had put the BEATLES record up there to keep it safe and forgot I put it there.
Well out of all the places I could have put it, it turns out it was the worst unsafest place.
I had them stored in a nice plastic sleeve.
The record and cover fell 6 feet to the carpet covered concrete floor a thin office type carpet The vinyl exploded into many pieces see photo which looks worse after I threw the remaining vinyl against the wall in disgust The cover didn t fare as bad.
Just received a small bruised/dented corner at bottom right see pics I truly believe that if I hadn t dropped this record it would have been one of the best copies on the planet So for the person who has a clean vinyl copy and needs a killer Near Mint upgrade, this is the one for you.
The cover is always the hardest thing to find in Near Mint condtion, so hopefully someone will die for this cover.

To add insult to injury, this is the only record I ve ever broken The Sears baggie is included and the broken record if you d like it for the label.
The LP cover will be housed in a professional LP mailer with 2 or 3 pieces of rigid cardboard on each side of the record and will be double boxed for added protection.
