NOTES: Original Stereo pressing still in shrink. Note the interesting alternative album title on the labels: Words and Music. The cover is in really great shape - there is the tiniest slight bumping to a couple corners (VERY minor) and also 1 inch along center bottom seam has slight wear where shrink is torn (this is NOT a seam split). Side 1 of record looks and plays EXC. Side 2 is visually VG+ with a couple tiny hairlines only visible under bright light; there is some minor surface noise toward the end of the side. A VPI cleaning may improve play as record was a little dusty when I found it. I think many sellers would grade this as an EXC record in a NM cover, as I grade strictly.
GRADES: SEALED, NM, EXC, VG+, VG, VG-, G, FAIR, POOR.
I grade strictly under bright light. My highest grade for an unsealed record is NM (NEAR MINT) - a record must look like new to be graded NM! An EXC record will show only slight signs of prior play. A VG+ is a solid used record that should play well but has minor visual flaws. A VG has more obvious flaws BUT is not trashed. Records graded VG- or worse will often play much better than they look.
