THE BEATLES - PLEASE PLEASE ME 1st PRESS 1963 BLACK GOLD LABEL IN STEREO VERY FIRST PRESS WITH DICK JAMES CREDITS SIDE 1 : YEX : 94-1 / MOTHER 1 / STAMPER R SIDE 2 : YEX : 95-1 / MOTHER 1 / STAMPER G TAX CODE : MTZ This one is the most collectable of all BEATLES records ever and is UNBELIEVABLY RARE,infact only 900 of the black an gold stereo format were ever pressed so by now there are probably only a few hundred still in exsistance throught the WORLD This one is an original 1963 STEREO 1st issue with the Dick James credits on the label.
It has the original very 1st issue E J DAY sleeve with the large STEREO logo on the front and the PHOTO by ANGUS McBEAN at the very bottom of the sleeve and not 1/2 an inch up from the bottom which second issue sleeves have.
The matrix numbers in the run off grooves are YEX 94-1 on side one and YEX 95-1 on side two.
LABEL : Original PARLOPHONE label LP PCS 3042 issued in the UK in 1963.
MOTHER STAMPS : 1 R AND 1 G VINYL - SIDE 1:The vinyl does have a lot of scratches which effect play and have also of course lots of background noise.

LABELS - BOTH SIDES : Nice clean labels with no writing, there is plenty of spindle wear but this does not detract from what are decent condition labels.
