Lyn Collins Rare Unissued Test Record People 613 James Brown

This is a super rare test record of the UNISSUED People 45-613 by LYN COLLINS and produced by James Brown.The titles are Things Got To Get Better first recorded by Marva Whitney in 1969 and Women s Lib .
In September, 1972, this record was intended as the follow-up to Lyn s hit Think About It .
But before it was pressed and released, Brown decided instead to issue People 615, Me and My Baby Got A Good Thing Going / I ll Never Let You Break My Heart Again The two tracks on this unissued single were released on a Lyn Collins album.
Test pressings were only distributed to Record company and James Brown Productions execs thus pressed in very small numbers.
Few survived as most were eventually scrapped so they can be considered very rare.Plain white label.......release number and titles hand written in blue ink.
