Here s one of the holy grails of prog psych This is an original UK pressing of First Utterance by Comus.
It s on the Dawn label, number DNLS 3019, stereo.
The vinyl grades VG to VG .
I played it all the way through with an audiophile cartridge and headphones, and it sounds fantastic.
The trail-off numbers are NLS 3019A-3 T and NLS 3019B-3 T.
The label area sits higher than the rest of the record on one side, and lower on the other, but this does not affect the play at all.
The labels themselves have some spindle marks.
The cover shows general edge wear, graphics are in nice presentable shape.
There is some tape residue on the back cover and inside the gatefold, which used to cover a small seam split top center.
The original insert is included- it has a few ink stains on it.
Very rare album, very few of these were ever made and even fewer have survived the years.
