the 1st USA stereo release can be found with 3 slightly different covers:
- one of them has the catalog ELK-4013 both on the front and on the back there is a STEREO sticker on the front: this version had mono cover combined with stereo record.
- another one has the catalog number EKS-74013 stamped both on the front and on the back there is no sticker .
- another one has the catalog EKS-74013 STEREO both on the front and on the back there is no sticker . THIS IS THE ONE THIS ALBUM IS
