Purchased by me in late 1982 at Bleeker Bobs record store in NYC, after Glenn Danzig alerted WFMU listeners that a batch of EPs had been found and brought there.

Signed by Glenn Danzig in late 1988. I was an editor at the time for "Faces" magazine in New Jersey, and was friendly with Glenn. We set up a magazine contest giveaway of a signed skull, and I picked it up at Danzig's Lodi studio. When I was there, I brought "Bullet" and had him sign it.
